Inclusive Opportunities Manager and Sports and Fitness Manager
We were excited to meet Dan and learn all about his journey in to his unique role as Inclusive Opportunities Manager and Sports & Fitness Manager with Heroic Care.
Heroic care is a specialist company that provides person centred support packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours.
Dan's role has two parts;
Inclusive Opportunities Manager - this involves offering people that use Heroic Care's services the opportunity to join in to activities such as sports, fitness and dance.
Sports and Fitness Manager - in this role Dan works with staff members to engage in sports and fitness activities to promote wellbeing, team build and overall health.
