2) If you are aware of who the individual is chances are there will not be a name attached to the account. Do not respond to them by name and keep the response neutral to personal feelings.

3) Add a way for the individual to contact you directly to avoid further comments within the forum.

Instead, when you have leavers, it may be worth conducting an exit interview and if the feeling is overall positive a gentle reminder to leave a review should do.

As much as we might not like to believe it often negative reviews do have some truth behind them. Try and action any issues as they are reported to avoid the same review again!
