About our topic conferences

The first free Inspired to Care Topic Conference took place on Thursday 26 September 2019 and was a huge success. The event saw over 50 professionals from across the adult social care sector in Leicestershire and Rutland come together to learn how to use social media to recruit care staff. We have now decided to keep the series running on a bi-monthly basis, exploring different recruitment, retention & development topics at each event.

Our topic conferences include presentations from expert speakers that deep dive into challenges within your social care workforce. Delegates are given a fool-proof guide to each topic. Presentations are followed by a Q&A session where the experts give advice on questions from delegates. This is then followed by a free lunch and an opportunity for you to network with like minded peers experiencing the same challenges. They are a half day event.

I love getting providers in a room, learning interactively together. Bringing the external market together to overcome challenges they all face and learning in a fun and inspiring way.

Topic conferences are held on a bi-monthly basis at Winstanley House, Hinckley Rd, Leicester LE3 1HX
