The Role

Position: Care Administrator

Hours: 30 Hours per week but will be reviewed after probation.

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the care manager, the successful candidate will be working with the coordinating team and support the office staff.

Liaise with the team to generate new risk assessments and draft up care plans.

Type up daily memo to all staff also recording and reporting by collating all the information upon request.

Working closely with the client's family members, social workers and other medical professionals through telephone calls and record and update all conversations on to the system.

Your duties will vary from setting up new client files on the system, completing monthly audits of the care plans and staff files to scanning, filing, and covering reception duties as and when required.

Care Administrator Requirements:

•We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic and compassionate Care Administrator, NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 or equivalent, somebody who can work together with the Adaptus Cares team and follow Adaptus Cares policies, procedures and guidance

•You will have good literacy, numeracy and Microsoft word package knowledge.

•The candidate will have a flexible and adaptable nature and be a team player.

•Experience within the health/domiciliary care sector is desirable but not essential

•Must have a full driving licence and use of own vehicle as you will need to occasionally visit clients and complete paperwork.
