The Role
DUTIES
As a care assistant you will be supporting with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. This is a great role for someone who enjoys spending time with others! This is an essential role in our organisation as you will be providing 1:1 homecare to meet our service users required needs.
We have various shift patterns to offer, including 07:00 – 14:30 and 15:00 – 22:00. We provide care services 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This is a highly rewarding role!

TRAINING
New to care? No need to worry, all new candidates are required to complete our paid, accredited training programme with our in-house trainer. Following this all new staff will have paid shadowing sessions, giving you all the support you will need to start your new career.
