The Role
Bosworth Homecare have been a leading homecare provider for over 25 years. To support organisational growth, we are now recruiting reliable and trustworthy carers for our busy teams covering Hinckley, Market Bosworth, Earl Shilton, Barwell, Burbage, Stoney Stanton and Desford.
You will be joining a dynamic team of carers; some of which we can proudly say have been working for Bosworth Homecare for over 20 years. Your assistance will support our service users to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
DUTIES
As a care assistant you will be supporting with tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. This is a great role for someone who enjoys spending time with others! This is an essential role in our organisation as you will be providing 1:1 homecare to meet our service users required needs.
We have various shift patterns to offer, including 07:00 – 14:30 and 15:00 – 22:00. We provide care services 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This is a highly rewarding role!

TRAINING
New to care? No need to worry, all new candidates are required to complete our paid, accredited training programme with our in-house trainer. Following this all new staff will have paid shadowing sessions, giving you all the support you will need to start your new career.
