The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for 3 individuals to join the Community Care team and become local super heroes in the local area. We have immediate starts available and the right candidate will be trained in full, therefore no experience is necessary.

Amongst other benefits we offer a FREE DBS & paid training. Your role is based within customer's homes and you will usually visit several customers each day - therefore a driving license and your own vehicle is essential in most locations.

The main peak times of calls for this position are from 6:30am - 10:30pm and Weekends

Main Responsibilities include:
Delivery of quality Home Care services to individuals living in their own homes throughout the community.
Provision of personalised and tailored support that meets the individual needs and desired outcomes of our customers.
Be able to effectively deliver rounds of visits to our customers.
Ensure that care remains consistent and uninterrupted at all times.
