Kibworth Knoll is a small family run care home based in the village of Kibworth near Market Harborough. We provide care for our elderly residents to meet their needs and encourage independence as much as possible. The position is ideal for someone looking to come into care or someone with experience and as we work as part of a team training and guidance is always available
The Role
Kibworth Knoll is a happy, welcoming and friendly family run care home. We provide the best care possible to our elderly residents both assisting them with their care needs and encouraging their independence. Our residents are involved in all areas of their care and also some areas of the home such as menu planning. The position available provides an opportunity to learn and train in adult social care. This position would be suitable for those with or without experience in care as training is provided in all areas. The hours are 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm working alternate weekends. The position includes assisting in all areas of personal care, documentation, assisting with nutrition and activities.
