Duties to include
To work alongside our Deputy manager and care coordinator to ensure the safe running of the service we provide.
Use the rostering system to allocate calls to care workers.
Develop a good working relationship with staff and service users.
On call duties when required.
Meet with service users and review packages accordingly.
