Rutlands largest care provider since 2008 we provide a high standard of home support and care to people in their own homes.

We believe that personal centred care should apply to our staff as well as our clients.

Training is provided and you will gain qualifications to add to your portfolio.

We pay mileage and travel between clients and we pay enhanced rates in the evening and over weekends/bank holidays. Our basic rate is £9.70 for weekends and evenings it is from £14.55 per hour.

You will need use of a vehicle to travel across the pretty county of Rutland.

We have a cosy staff room where you can relax between shifts, use the wifi, make a drink have lunch etc.

Opportunities for promotion and Personal development.

Whilst we do offer flexible working to fit around your commitments such as school runs, child care, dogs, parents etc ,You will need to be available for a minimum of 16 hours per week, be able to work some evenings, some early mornings and the occasional weekend.
