The Role

Are you a patient and caring individual with the ambition to help others? Then this could be the role for YOU.

We are looking for hard working and ambitious carers to join us in this exciting opportunity! Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential as high-quality training and shadowing will be provided before your start date.

You will be setting the standards for outstanding care in the Swadlincote area; supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their independence in their own home and support both their physical and emotional well-being. Our carers build trusting relationships with service users to deliver the highest standard of care, promoting dignity and combatting loneliness.

The ideal candidate will be a team player but also be able to work using their initiative, supporting individuals with tasks such as personal care, shopping, cleaning, social, companionship and basic food preparation.

We have flexible shift patterns available, however, as the majority of our clients receive care 7 days a week, we do require carers to work some evenings and alternate weekends (or one day of every weekend).

There is the opportunity to work long days, half days, evenings only, or a mixture!
