The Role

Bosworth Homecare is a leading homecare provider of over 25 years. We are looking to grow our friendly team of care assistants, some of which have been with us for over 20 years.

With an increase in demand for people requiring support at homes and more confidence now the vaccine is being rolled out, this is a great time to work in social care.

We have positions starting in March for kind, compassionate candidates wanting to help those in their community.

Your assistance will support service users to live comfortable and fulfilled lives, and by providing conversation and companionship, you'll also ensure that no one ever feels lonely. This is a perfect role for someone that enjoys spending time with others.

You will be assisting our clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, medication and toileting as well as meal preparation, domestic chores and providing companionship.

Experience is not essential as we provide a full accredited training programme with shadowing shifts for all staff.

Flexible Availability –hours include Mon to Fri 7am – 2pm & 2pm – 10pm with a commitment to working alternate weekends (or one day every weekend).

You will be a driver with a full UK driving licence - but walkers will be considered dependant on where you live.
