The Role

Shepshed Carers was established in 1994 and operates as a not-for-profit workers cooperative. We are a business that belongs to the workforce and not outside shareholders. We are an ethical employer providing quality domiciliary care for elderly and vulnerable people in the local community. Pay rates:

Monday - Friday 7am - 8 am £10.20

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm £9.40

Monday - Thursday 6pm - 11pm £10.20

Friday - 6pm - 11pm £10.60

Saturday - Sunday 7am - 8am £11.40

Saturday - Sunday 8am - 12 noon £10.40

Saturday - Sunday 12noon - 6pm £10.60

Saturday - Sunday 6pm - 11pm £11.40

We are looking for empathetic, caring and flexible people with a 'can do' attitude to join our team. We work with set shift patterns and you must be available to work alternate weekends.

We provide domestic tasks, shopping, companionship, medication administration, food preparation, personal care (incl. moving and handling).
