The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our Team as a Care Coordinator.
The individual should possess some of the following attributes:
- IT Literate
- Good communicator at all levels
- Carer Driver
- Hard working and flexible
- Enjoy supporting care workers/families and colleagues
- Must be caring
- Possess NVQ level 2 and willing to work towards NVQ level 3
- Right to work in UK
