You will be working with a small, friendly team who are dedicated to using a person centred approach in order to improve, support and enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals who live in the Hinckley area.
The Role
We are looking for a new female support worker/personal assistant to join our small but growing team. You will be working on outreach, supporting vulnerable adults to maintain themselves in their own tenancies in the local area between the hours 9;30-3:30pm.
Experience in a social care setting preferred but not essential. This role would ideally suit an outgoing individual with good communications skills who is passionate about either starting or expanding their career in the social care sector. This role would also suit a mother who would be able to work during school hours. Car driver essential.
