We are looking for a female waking night support worker to join our supported living service in LE2. We have 2 part time positions available one working 36 hours a week and the other 27 hours.

About The Role

Your role will be to provide responsive support during the night as required by the person supported, as well as some light household duties.

You will be required to attend training and team meetings during the day, and so must be available to attend these outside of your normal night work pattern.

Shift Patterns

This position will be working on a flexible rolling rota, as part of this role shifts could see you working:

• Waking nights
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Bank holidays

Essential

• Be adventurous, friendly, encouraging, supportive, respectful, and resourceful
• Share our values
• Good level of spoken & written communication

Desirable

• Previous experience
• Full UK driving license
