The Role

About you

We are looking for a caring, passionate and committed person who meets the following requirements;

• Be passionate about supporting our residents to live life to the full
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior care professional role
• Successfully completed an NVQ Level 2 qualification
• Be able to work flexibly (including at least 2 weekends per month)

The role will be appropriately split between working on shift and in the office during a typical week. We endeavour to follow a fixed rota pattern but do require flexibility working 2 weekends per month. You will be performing care duties as well as staff supervisions and other management duties, such as managing medication, audits, inspections, appraisals etc.
