The Role
About our Jasmine Court Care Home
Our Jasmine Court is a purpose built 3 storey home. A specialist EMI Unit dedicated to providing care to both younger and older adults with mental health needs including challenging or complex behaviour who require twenty-four-hour nursing supervision and personal care in a safe and secure environment. The integrated Day Centre facilities provide additional space for residents who may need shorter placements i.e., 4 – 6 hours.
What we look for in our Healthcare Assistants
As our Healthcare Assistant you will be a key member of our talent team. Providing the highest standards of person-centred care to our residents. Building outstanding relationships with both residents and their families, supporting residents in planning goals, boundaries and living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, with a real commitment, offering compassion and patience, being organised and great communicator with understanding is essential, having energy and resourcefulness are vital; experience in care however is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and provide a real supportive caring environment to our residents by treating them like you would your own family member with respect and dignity.
