The Role
Home Care Assistant - Loughborough
We are actively looking for compassionate, dedicated and caring Home Care Assistants who are interested in working in and around the Loughborough area (including Mountsorrel, Rothley, Sileby, Shepshed, Burrow-upon-Soar, Quorn), supporting vulnerable and elderly adults in their own homes. We are looking to hire straight away so don't hesitate in applying!
You will join a successful and ever-growing family business whose main objective is to fully support and train you to become an excellent Carer and progress within the company. (Fun fact, 99% of our managers started with us as a Carer).
We are offering full and part time opportunities, with full training provided and you will be supported by a dedicated staff mentor.
To support personal development, we also offer the opportunity of gaining a Health and Social Care Diploma up to Level 5.

Essential:
- Experience as a carer (either paid, voluntary or for family)
- You must have a valid Driving License and access to a car.
