Benefits
We pay £9.00 to £10.50 per hour.
We pay mileage @ 25p per mile.
We pay well above the average rate, good mileage allowance and support you with excellent ongoing training and a Mental Health First Aid professional is always available to listen and assist (does not have to be about work)
Our office and admin team are always on hand to support you and we have a 24 hour on call system in place both for you and our clients. We know and appreciate that you are the heart of our business and without you we cannot provide vital services.
We are looking for support staff to join our dedicated team, we don't require experience as we have our own training program to either enhance your existing skills or to train you to be a confident, well trained support worker. We have opportunities to increase your training with recognised qualifications and promotions within our team.
