The Role
We have a great opportunity for someone experienced in Live-in-care looking for career progression. You will be assisting our Care Manager with our Live-in care Clients.
As a pivotal link between the Client and their Live-in CAREGiver team you will often deal with queries from Clients about their care and support which requires a sensitive understanding of the client's needs and a supportive telephone manner. You will enjoy building strong relationships with the CAREGivers and must be committed to our culture and values to promote the wellbeing of our staff and Clients. A typical working week will be Monday to Friday, and you will be required to take part in the out of hours emergency on-call rota as and when required. You must have:
- Experience of Live-in care
- Full and valid UK driving licence
- Access to a car
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent use of English
- A positive outlook and a "can do" attitude
- Good organisation & IT skills
