The Role
We have a Night Care Assistant opportunity available at our New Wycliffe residential home situated in Rushey Mead, Leicester, which provides high quality residential care to older people with sensory impairments.
You will be responsible for;
- Providing a high quality of emotional, physical and social support to people who live in the home
- Supporting individuals as needed with any medication, physical and personal care, according to their Support Plan.
- To meet any specific needs that each person may have through the night, to ensure their comfort.
- To ensure that the building is secure
Your working hours will be an average of 35 hours per week, worked; week 1 and 3 = 40 hours and week 2 and 4 = 30 hours
These hours are worked flexibly Monday - Sunday; between 9.15pm – 7.15am which includes the requirement to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a shift rota.
You must have previous experience of working with people in a residential or health setting.
