To support with attending local groups/ activities/ accessing mental health support within the local community.

Client's interests include going to the gym and would like support with getting out and about / meeting new people.

PA will be using their own vehicle and mileage will be paid directly by the client.

There are 4 dogs in the house.

Relevant diagnosis: Autism, Cerebral palsy, Dyspraxia, Mild learning difficulties and poor mental health.

A DBS is applicable to this role. We can support with an application if you don't already have a certificate.
