The Role
Purple Care is looking to recruit a full time Quality Assurance Manager, for this role you will be working in the office and also within the community so will need to be a car driver. Within this role you will be completing new client assessments and risk assessments. You will need to have a Level 3 within Health and Social Care, and understand the importance of person centred planning. The position also involves being on call, one week in four.
You should have some knowledge of Rota systems, and you will be training new staff members to ensure a high standard of care. You will be completing spot checks and quality checks with our carers out in the community.
You will need to have completed Level 3 within Health and Social Care, understand the importance of person centred planning and have a knowledge/training of risk assessments and medication.
