The Role
Purple Care is looking to recruit a full time Quality Assurance Manager, for this role you will be required out in the community so will need to be a car driver. Within this role you will be completing new client assessments and risk assessments. You should have some knowledge of Rota systems and you will be training new staff members, to ensure a high standard of care. It is also expected that you will complete spot checks and quality checks with our carers out in the community. There is also a requirement to take part in the on call one week in four.
You will need to have completed Level 3 within Health and Social Care, understand the importance of person centred planning.
