The Role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be taking responsibility of the well being of residents and their needs
Assisting with personal care for example washing, dressing personal hygiene and helping with meals
Encouraging residents with independence, dignity and respect as well as choice by the providing the highest level of care.
Also completing care records and keeping them up-to-date and accurate
Undertaking training which is ongoing
You will be competent in cooking main meals for residents
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team
A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature and a willingness to undertake any aspects of care or non-care duties
A belief in giving your personal best at all times and striving for continuous improvement.
