Our new team member will support change perceptions of working within social care, attract quality care professionals and support with creating meaningful career pathways to retain a quality workforce.
We are looking for someone who is creative and has passion and flair, who can think outside of the box, to influence decision makers and business owners on how to improve recruitment, retention and development processes and outcomes. Experience working within a social care recruitment role or within the social care sector is essential to help to offer a consultative coaching and support with recruitment & retention best practice.
The ideal candidate will have substantial knowledge of recruitment and retention techniques and the challenges within the social care sector and have knowledge of the candidate journey from beginning to end.
