Our service in Coalville supports 4 Gentleman who live in their individual flats and several gentleman who live out in the wider community who are needing our support.

This role does require traveling from each property, however you will not be needing to use your own car.

What does this role involve? We are looking for Support workers who can provide mentoring and training to ensure all the gentlemen are achieving their outcomes and goals. These could range from cleaning, cooking, organising bills, to going out into the community to enjoy walks and completing errands and helping them to gain confidence with the public. Some of our locations need prompting and supporting with personal care, food preparation making sure they are following their health requirements. Our Support worker will be making sure they are attending all their health appointments and following the advise given.
