We're Hiring Support Workers

Can you make a positive difference to someone's life? We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and caring staff members to join our team of support workers in Leicestershire.

You will be working in our community-based services, supporting residents with learning disabilities in their homes to develop their independence.

All the people we support lead busy lives and are looking for staff to help them with all aspects of daily life, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, prompts for personal care, medication administration and going out into the community to local coffee shops, museums and work placements.

You will be helping to empower and support our residents to maximise their choices, rights and decisions, helping them live a fulfilled life.

Your rota will be set and will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and a sleep shift. The shift pattern for this role includes 3 x 8 hour shifts, 1 x 6 hour shift, and 1 x sleep.

If you have, or are willing to work towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care, we want to hear from you. As part of our team, support workers complete a full induction and shadowing period and receive training to develop your career further.
