We can offer Contracted/Guaranteed hours working on a 4-weekly rota basis. This position includes sleep-ins which are paid separately. We can offer flexible working hours, paid holidays and paid mileage when transporting Clients. A full clean driving licence will be required for this post.
The Role
Freedom Support was established in 2011, we currently provide Supported Living for 12 Clients in our four modern townhouses in Market Harborough. Our Clients all have Learning Disabilities, varying abilities but all have a positive outlook and live life to the full.
The ideal candidate will be caring, kind and patient. Experience not necessary as training will be given. Some weekend work will be essential for this post.
Key duties will include:
Supporting Clients with Cooking, Cleaning and everyday living tasks
Supporting Clients whilst out in the community - theatre trips, days out, bowling, pub
Supporting to medical appointments
Shopping
Supporting with medication
