We are a small business operating in a family home environment and are looking for someone like you! We can offer a rewarding opportunity working with a small well-established staff team who have a paid working lunch and a generous allocation of annual leave.

You will need to be comfortable in caring for animals, gardening, being outdoors and out in the community. You will need to be creative and bring ideas of activities to fulfil the desired outcomes for the adults we support. You must have adequate literacy skills for basic record keeping and to fulfil the requirement to attend and complete mandatory training. You will need to have a full, clean driving licence, use of your own vehicle including business cover and be a confident driver, comfortable in transporting adults whom you are supporting. You will be able to adapt and respond appropriately to changing situations and be able to grow, develop and change to meet the demands of the business.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.

To be discussed at interview:

• Hours of work – this will be either a 14 or 21 hour post and/or bank work.
• Pay will start at £10.20ph.
• Start date; successful candidate will be required to start no later than July 2022.
