The Role

Egerton Lodge is an independent family run care home in the heart of Melton Mowbray. We have been running as a care home for over 32 years. If you are a caring, can-do person with experience working in with the elderly. Ideally, some of that has been gained in a care home setting but it is not essential. As well as being very practical, you like interacting with people. You are happy building good relationships with our residents, colleagues and visitors. You're a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and use your initiative to solve problems. Above all, you're a team player who takes pride in your work
