To support client with attending local groups/ activities/ accessing mental health support within the local community.

PA will be using their own vehicle and mileage will be paid directly by the client.

Client has a diagnosis of Autism, Cerebral palsy, Dyspraxia, Mild learning difficulties and poor mental health.
There are 4 dogs in the house. Client's interests include going to the gym and would like support with getting out and about / meeting new people.

A DBS is applicable to this role. We can support with an application if you don't already have a certificate.

Previous care experience desired but not essential. This opportunity is suited for someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and respectful of others' privacy, dignity, values, and beliefs. You may be a good fit if you are looking to get back into work after caring for a relative or friend.
