The Role
6 hours per week; 1 Hour each morning – Monday to Saturday, times to be agreed. Actual days may be negotiable and flexible, if prior agreement with individual. With a potential to increase in time, if agreed.
Hours to be discussed with Employer.
PA duties: To assist with Personal care, showering, help with morning medication, and catheter bag emptying. Applying various medical aids as required such as leg aids. Perform Light housekeeping tasks as required including laundry and cleaning. Individual tries to be as independent at possible so you will be supporting to promote their independence. Face mask will be required due to terminal illness and being vulnerable. The ideal person will be flexible, reliable, proactive and have relevant previous experience. This is a long-term part-time role. An Enhanced Adult + Child DBS with Barred list is required for this role.
