The Role
Independent lady in Braunstone is looking to employ a support worker for up to 8 hours a week, days and times flexible.
Support is required with accessing community social and recreational activities. Her passion is taking long walks, places such as Bradgate Park she is also interested in finding out what is available within her local community so part of the role will involve you assisting her to source groups/activities. Minimal assistance within the home may be needed at times but she will advise if and when this is the case.
She is looking for a person who is genuinely interested in the individual they are supporting. An understanding of promoting someone's independence is a must.
Access to a vehicle with a current/clean driving licence essential. Must be a confident driver, willing to drive into the City and further afield.
