Inspired to Care would like to invite you to our FREE Values Based Interviewing (VBI) workshop which will now be held as a virtual event on MS Teams. These are brilliant events where our provider members get together to learn about various recruitment, retention and development topics.

You will take away all the skills, tools & templates you need to fully implement this values based method in your services.
