The Role
Monday to Friday Tea time call between 5pm-7pm, 2 hours
In addition to tea call on one day to provide an Am call 7am-10am - 3 hours and Evening call 9pm-9.30pm - 30 minutes ( To enable current PA rest day each week)
Hourly rate: £11.42
Support required: Assistance transfer bed to wheelchair, toileting, assistance to dress, domestic tasks, laundry, prepare and cook meal at tea call. Evening call assistance to undress transfer to bed, set up for the night, ensure things are within easy reach.
Hobbies/interests: Supports Nottingham Forest, enjoys going into Melton town daily coffee shop to talk to people and socialise, likes sky sports.
Moving and handling: Ceiling track hoist bathroom and bedroom - possible assistance may be required if a bad day or day covering for main PA. Can sometimes manage independently.
Preferred DBS certificate, or DBS check can be provided.
