Head of Quality

Merle started her career in adult social care as a teenage when she took up a weekend job in a care home. She then moved to MacIntyre charity where she worked in their residential services for young adults and adults with learning disabilities. This is where Merle discovered her passion for helping people live life to the full and reach their goals!
